Celebration......

A lovely warm winter's day, just right for a birthday celebration - Happy Birthday A!

It was one of those significant birthday's, one worth celebrating at the Black Estate winery, fine food with an magnificent view of the vineyards and the Puketeraki Range beyond, the company was pretty good to :)) 

Black Estate is a family-run vineyard with three hillside vineyards in Waipara Valley, North Canterbury. The wines are crafted by hand, as naturally as possible to maximise expression from each of the three sites. They grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling organically.

I've put a couple of extras up to show the view and also the restaurant.

A day to remember and a day of celebration :)
