Big day today. HUGE. Miles started Kindegarten jump start. Mitch and I walked him to school (the same school Mimi went to!) and then watched him as he had a mini first day of school. He was so nervous at first and got real tears in his eyes right before we said goodbye. Of course I got super emotional and my eyes completely filled with tears and had to walk away so he wouldn't see me cry. He sweetly waved goodbye to Mitch and I and we patiently waited for him to be done three hours later. When we picked him up he was his usual happy and social self and yelled out, "you're right mama! Kindegarten is fun!" and non stop talked as he walked home. Needless to say he had a great time.
