Red sky at night, shepherd's delight

A bright day with warm spells.

I happened to glance out the kitchen window and saw this lovely sunset, which augurs well for tomorrow if the old weather wisdom is correct.

For those who know I haven't been well, I still feel very weak and exhausted. Tests are continuing but still no idea what has caused this steep downturn in energy levels. I have cut back quite a bit in responsibilities and taking much more rest. I still look at blip don't don't have the energy to do more than look.

I hope most of you in the northern hemisphere have had a good holiday over the summer.
