it's a pink day...

...with the last orchid flower

on my orchid plant - boo!

the question i have once this flower falls off - is what do i do then? - does an orchid plant naturally rebud (i know that's not the actual terminology i just don't know what is) - or am i supposed to do something to the plant itself - in the in between time? - guess i'll need to research what happens with the plant since it's all new to me - this is the 1st time i have had one - last this long without dying on me

so i feel great to even still have this blossom - to photograph today - the fact it's still pink, full of life and not whithering into a disintegrating mess - is a fabulous achievement and most certainly makes it...
