187/365:: MORE THAN EGGS •

Turns out, you never know where a friendship is waiting. This is my favorite eggs joint to go to in #Charlottetown. Slowly, I got friendly with the man who operates it. Yesterday, he came outside to stop me as I walked by. We sat on a bench for an hour while he told me his story of coming here. We discussed the gift of fatherhood and how it changes you. The choices, the challenges one faced. Weepy, we hugged and his daughter came to find him cuz they were getting slammed. I never got my damn eggs. Ts'Okay.
