Hat On Handlebars

The owner of this fine sombrero was spending a bit of time in church, where of course he would never think of wearing a hat. It was sitting on the handlebars of his Cannondale bicycle waiting for him to return. The fractured wall made a nice background, but definitely needed the inclusion of the church opening (I shot it both ways, this composition was far superior). Shortly after capturing this, the owner of the hat came out of church, popped it on his head and wheeled off down the street. That would have made an okay photo, but I knew I already had what I wanted for the day.
