Rugby'd Oot...

Today was a 9 to 5 rugby coach training. Normally at rugby you do a couple of drills and a couple of games.

As we were in a group of 9 people, we had to do the sessions multiple times. Couple that with my hereditary pastey skin and Fife sun.

I was burst.
