Gorgeous evening light with the moon just appearing behind Autuche.

Made a cake called Louisa's Cake today (tried to put pic in extras but it's not working).  It's a new favourite.  It's a plain sponge recipe but with added ricotta and grated apple.  It makes for a very moist cake.  Delish.
