Sun, sand(ing) & showers

An unusually relaxing day.

Swimming & errands in the morning & then I sat on a deckchair, book & beer in hand, beside Alexander whilst he sanded down the kitchen benches.

The sun was lovely & hot until we got semi-stranded in the shed due to the amazing downpour & lightening strikes.
