Summer

What a different city is in these days of heat : the parks full of happy folk chilling out. Though I  have to confess to being defeated this morning : having walked to my pal Em for 40 minutes, I gratefully accepted her offer of a lift home. Over 30 by 10am !!. I'm now waiting for it to cool down a bit before I venture out again for ice cream.
