Day 5

Of the August Planes, Boats and Automobiles Extravaganza!

First of all; sleep rocks!!

Then a nice breakfast and a visit to Keswick to visit the family hall.

Then to Bo'ness for a trip around Lake Windermere driving my own (hire) boat. While we were out, Mr C got so bored he fell asleep at my feet, not even waking for the flyby of the Spitfire low over the lake.
Back to the hotel for a dip in the pool overlooked by a life-size fifties pin-up doll.

Supper of tapas at The Swan and a couple of bowls of gin outside by the river in the dark.

A good day, a good night.
