Food continues to be amazing here in the north - at lunch discovered Michelin starred Nacho Manzano (he has a restaurant in London too) in the seaside town of Gijón.

The menu was sensational, starting with roast salmon with melon 'soup', and then a homespun style rice dish with free range, country chicken that was just so full of flavour!
