SPECKLED WOOD BUTTERFLY

Not a good day, I tripped on a half buried stone on the dog walk this morning and have hurt my knee and have grazes and bruises down one leg. I also had a migraine start as we neared home. I spent a couple of hours in bed and have done nothing all day.
It has been so, so hot all day.
