Knit one, pearl one

We had a stop in Cahors and wandered in to the town for breakfast this morning. I was surprised to find this knitting covering a lot of the street furniture. There was no explanation of who had done this but it put a smile on my face!

Thank you for all your good wishes for a safe journey. We have now arrived a little tired but pleased to feel the warmth of the sun and the prospect of rest and relaxation. Now to try to check out the Olympics and to balance the French TV coverage and the UK coverage streaming over the internet.
