Majestic Lake Superior

We drove horizontally across Michigan twice today. We started in Petoskey on Lake Michigan and drove to Rogers City on Lake Huron near the top of the Lower Peninsula and continued along the Lake Huron shore through Mackinaw City. From there, we crossed the Mackinac Bridge to the Upper Peninsula and ventured to Sault Ste. Marie to watch a freighter very slowly move through the Soo Lock. It rained almost constantly all day so picture taking was a disappointment. We decided to extend our trip one day and go to Picture Rock tomorrow. As we headed west to our hotel in Ironwood, I was able to get a few photos of Lake Superior and that is what I chose to Blip.
