Amendment
I worked out I needed 37.5 miles a day for the rest of the month to make my 700 mile target, and with long rides probably out of the question on Friday, Saturday and Sunday there'll be a slight recalibration to 600 miles for the month. Although I did get 32 and a bit miles in the bank today with a decent lunchtime saunter. But need to organise the miles better, but let's call it tapering as the first race of the season is in September and the first two weeks will be lighter too given our upcoming trip to France (though the bike will be coming, and where we're going will have a fair amount of decent hill training).
