Tin Mines

Another back blip form a fantastic week in Cornwall. This one of the engine sheds at Botallack now a world heritage site then the heart of a brutal industrial process driving men to pit themselves against the elements both above and below ground. Here miners drove tunnels under the sea chasing the precious tin lodes. A very beautiful and awe inspiring place.
