Cirrus v Cumulus

Cirrus put up a good fight but Cumulus eventually won. It usually does. 

A much better day. It started very slowly indeed but my energy levels kept rising. This whole mind/body relation is so complex. All I can do is go with the flow. I was reminded today that one problem with these fluctuating energy levels is that when I do find myself with energy I feel the need to make the most of it. It's hard for me to be conservative. That's always been hard to be honest!
