What a 'novel' idea

A NSPCC Postman Pat collecting box has been installed outside Postman Pat's Post Office just in time for the end of the Tour of Britain 2nd stage end on 5th Spetemeber. So now we have a green cleared of Beech trees, newly resurfaced roads and a collecting tin. Coincidental or just good planning?
