lazy ole day.. back on the rower done my 9.5 kms today in one set of 30 mins and one of 1608 meters (one mile) ....yup ok its a start !!! times are dire but i expect that ..the ole body is duly protesting the activity on the rower..in the realms of starting to set goals again now though,, love competing on the concept 2 website against other oarsman, equally love beating younger oarsman than me.. So thats two hobbies on the go now ...rowing and photography.. bit of a mix but love em both .. off out taking the girls to the hawk conservancy again tomorrow ...really has been a great holiday all in the comfort of my own home !
