What better symbol of Argentina than the busy oven bird [rufous hornero], here conducting a refit of last year's housing to see if it will do for this year. And how nice to be back somewhere the birds are familiar (I started birding here, not in the UK). NB, door of 'oven' is not yet fixed - when it is it will look like this.
