5am start today with old mucker Murdo frae the Guardian to shoot Russians in the water. Eerily calm and monochrome flat....then this pensioner in a string vest, blue shorts and slip-ons came jogging past to add a wee splash of colour and laughter.
Then coffee to see me through.
