River Launch, Kew, Late Summer

A visit to childhood haunts along the Thames: the Cockney Sparrow (a Thames River Boat built at Eel Pie Island in 1976) seems dwarfed by Kew Bridge as it turns to make a call at Kew Pier just before 17:00 on its journey from Hampton Court back to Westminster in the heat of a late summer afternoon.
