Not happy

.....about the state of my living room. They took up the old carpet, laid underlay and then discovered there was a big fault in the new carpet. We've had to cover up all the spikes at the edges with old mats so Joe doesn't hurt himself. The replacement isn't coming for a week and the carpet man didn't even apologise for the inconvenience.
