Church in Patrikata

Back blip:

We passed through this little village today. It had decorated its church ready for the  upcoming festival of the Assumption. It looked amazing with all the flags flying.

There are lots of derelict buildings on the island - some from the time of the earthquake back in 1953, and some more recent. Have added a shot of one such derelict property in the extras.

Later on we went to Assos for dinner, and saw a kitten sitting in a large planter - grow your own kitten? I've included it in the extras.
