The boss

I've never known a job like this. I've never known a team like this.

It seems I've passed my 3 month probation. With room for improvement - obvs. Constructively defined and agreed. So now it's forever!

Unless I seriously fuck up of course. Or we all do. Either way we're all in it together. And that is a marvellous feeling.

(You'd think he'd be a bit better about at least pretending to like my baking... bloody new breed of honest politicians.)
