Dead Calm

Looking across the Clyde this morning, it was so calm and the effect of the low clouds added to the drama.

I could not resist taking this photo from Ashton in Gourock, looking across the River Clyde to the Holy Loch and Loch Long.

I love the moody atmosphere and monochrome feel of this shot.
