Bay leaf with water droplets

Another very grey and overcast day today - only really saw the sun once and then not properly - so not much opportunity for good outdoor photos.

We had a lot of rain overnight so I snapped a couple of shots of water droplets on various things of which this was probably the nicest. It's a bay tree in our back garden which I bought about 2 years ago but have never properly tended or looked after. It's grown a lot since I planted it.

There was just about enough light around to make this a decently sharp shot. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
