Ouch!

A cheap Blip today as I'm resting my dodgy knee by watching TV. Bad idea to watch footy though. I keep forgetting about my problem and then I try and score a goal every time there's a bit of action. (As you do). Then I shout out an obscenity as my knee locks up. Oh dear.

MrsDB is baking a cake. She thinks she's Bloody Mary Bury. Similar age.
