Peace

There is nothing in this world as wonderful as seeing a child you adore sleeping peacefully!  We had a lovely morning chilling out and reading stories, making an apple and blackberry crumble with the blackberries we picked together yesterday morning.  She helped me 'tickle' the mixture for the crumble and loved the result!  I went up with her for her nap and we sang nursery rhymes together till she fell asleep.  Little Missy slept for a good 2 hours and during this time her other grandparents came to take her and we had time for a relaxed chat and over tea and cake.  They are so nice and we rarely get to see them for long.  Now the house feels a bit empty!!  We still have the cats to feed!!
