St Abbs Head

Morning run along the river side, afternoon bike ride to Jedburgh Abbey(with cake), evening walk along to St Abbs Head.
Beautiful day. Happy, sleeping dogs(no they didn't come on the bike ride), hungry dog owners. Haddock and black pudding fish cakes on order, and a pint of ale.
