A Regular Day
We had to do our Morrisons shopping first thing, so that took half a day.
After lunch I started on the bind weed, bramble and nettles. I made little progress with various interruptions. At 4 we took Mollie in to Cromer as she has the late shift, and from there went for a drive. We drove to Alby, then down through Erpingham and on through some of the prettiest lanes, dotted with very old cottages. We gradually found our way back home through the lanes. We found a place called Wolterton Hall which seems to be a huge estate which once welcomed visitors. It no longer seems to. When I got home I googled it, and it was sold out of the Walpole family in April to private investors for a suspected 10 million £s. We were wondering if they need a ranger...
Got a strange headache with lots of shooting pains sporadically all over my head, so I'm assuming its a kind of migraine so am making this brief and going to bed. Really annoying at 9pm on Saturday night. :-(
Jon will pick Mollie up at 11.30pm. I will be asleep!
We spotted this in the side of one of those cottages on a road to Wickmere, near the estate. Jon said 'that would make a good blip'...
