By The Mayfly

Having lunch here yesterday reminded me how picturesque the River Test is at this point, and the bridge over the river gives a bit of height too. The Mayfly pub is just off to the right - for people in the area who haven't been it's thoroughly recommended for a sunny afternoon.

Back up to Nottingham tomorrow evening. It's a nice place, but the novelty of two days away up is starting to wear a little thin... guess I should count myself lucky I'm not up in Lytham 5 days a week like some of my colleagues! :-)
