Stríopach

That's the name of the boat.  Our Skipper here MH took us out for a sail this afternoon.  Our (Team CORAL) plan was to practice entering the water from the boat, swimming alongside it and exiting the water back onto the boat. It was a bit too windy for this so we did a bit of sailing and a short swim each off the boat. My favourite quote of the day goes with this photo; "Lala - take us out to sea". 
All this after doing the swim leg of a triathlon in the lake - in murky brown waters.  
It was one of those days that seems much shorter than the rest of them.
