Late Summer Reflections

So far, it's been a whirlwind of a weekend.  Mr. W has been racing at Lime Rock Park (he finished 6th!), and yesterday evening we had one of our racing friends come to spend the night.  A very fun time was had cooling off in the pool yesterday evening, followed by dinner out at a local restaurant.  Today after the Big Race, more racing friends stopped by in the afternoon with their two delightful boys for a dip in the pool and an impromptu barbecue.  So much fun!

This is an image (straight out of the camera) of the reflection of the barn in the pool as the sun began to set.  The change in the light is really noticeable.  Fall is on the doorstep.
