The next step

Threading the heddles. I'm about one third of the way through. I have learned that when I plan a project, I might as well prepare enough warp to weave two or three pieces rather than just one as I am doing here. Winding and beaming the warp doesn't take much longer for a long warp than it does for a short warp. The time spent threading the heddles and sleying the reed is the same whether the warp is long or short. So, after going to all that work, I might as well do two or three. And, you can change colors and patterns so that they are not the same. Live and learn.
