WOC Relay

Another glorious day to end the World Championships in Strømstad, Sweden.
First, at 2pm, the mens relay started. Kris went off for us, ran very well and handed over to Hector who consolidated his run and put Ralph off in a group with a Swede and a Fin in a battle for the bronze medal. The Swede pulled off little by little throughout the course, but the Fin and Ralph tussled for 4th and 5th throughout. This battle continued throughout and was only decided on control 14/17. Another superb performance, making three 4th positions.
The women's relay was unfortunately not as great a success for GB due to a late change in team, however the fight for the podium was equally exciting, with Maja Alm from Denmark catching 3 minutes on Finland to come 2nd.
