That`ll do for me
I very rarely have cause to write and complain about anything. However, after purchasing a fruit yoghurt from M&S the other week and finding a foreign body in it I whipped off an email to their Customer Services Dept.
On their instruction I sent the offending pot off to them and awaited their reply.
On opening my mail today there was a lovely letter from them apologising profusely having identified the offending bit as a piece from the fruit that shouldn`t have been in there and would I accept this £15 gift card by way of an apology......Thank You
