Bulbinella

Bulbinella is the best for sun burn, nappy rash, pet skin conditions and any other minor skin irritations. (It's also good for insect bites, but I did not use it on my alien growth, because I was too scared to come near it.)

Had a normal day at work. When we got home we had just enough time to finish our coffee in the sun, before the storm clouds chased us indoors. They did not do a lot, but was intimidating.

Watched a bit of Olympics and had fish & veggies for tea.
