Oyster Mushroom Fungi

Many of Almondell's old trees succumed to the gales earlier this year. They were cut up where they had fallen and moved into large piles of logs. - it being too expensive for the council to remove them altogether. However as they rot away the fungi have found a home and are flourishing. Its an ill wind .......indeed.
