Buddha and Perovskia

GP appointment this morning to check out a cough I've had for a few months now.  Had to wait 10 days before I could get an appointment.  However, once you get one it's a lot speedier!  It took ten minutes for the young  (well, let's face it once you get to my age everybody's young - lady doctor to hear my story, ask me questions and wait for the answers, check my throat, sound my chest, weigh me, take a blood sample, and arrange an X-Ray, and usher me out!!  Spent the afternoon sitting in the sun with Buddha amongst the Perovskia  -  the perfume from these flowers is suitable smoothing of the nerves.
