the high jinx continued after our late and somewhat boozy night.

We managed to drag ourselves up and out early for the last car boot of the season.  Well worth it. The gods of bargain hunting were definitely on our side;  
a brand new unopened game of Linkee for £2
a set of 10 Agatha Christie books - all 1950's editions- in mint condition £1 for the lot
a pair of never worn men's Levi 501's that fit Pete as if they were tailored for him £3.    Well chuffed to have spotted and pounced on those.
various other books, CD's, DVD's and a journal for 50p.

Back home I cooked a slap up breakfast to celebrate our haul and then a quick hike up the hill and circuit round the aerodrome.
