It has a great view, but is far beyond any kind of  repair/renovation - and there is no road to it - just a steep bridleway.

The BT engineer is due to visit in the morning.  I upgraded to 'high speed' Broadband Infinity 2 on 13th August.  Before that I had a consistent 10 - 13 Mbps.  Since the 'upgrade'  I have had all kinds of speeds - mainly around 1 or 2 Mbps.  My Broadband is next to useless, and it has taken BT  17 days to get to grips with the problem.  The biggest frustration is that you are unable to get hold of anyone and shake them gently by the throat - their 'Customer Service' very effectively neutralises any complaints.  I hope tomorrow it will be resolved.
