An unexpected visit

Another quiet day here. I've been putting the finishing touches to my homework for this week's class.

When the doorbell sounded in the late morning, it was Mum's friend, K, with her grandson, A. I quickly found a few toys suitable for a 5 year old. A and I had a great time playing while Mum and K chatted. A is a delightful boy, inquisitive and interested in new things.

I took a few photos of him with his Granny which I think they will like. I've chosen to show you a gentle image, using the light from the window.
