Faded

This fine building was catching the early sunlight when I dropped S off at the station in Lézignan for the next stage of his adventure. Sadly it has been unoccupied for decades; I imagine it's magnificent inside. I thought I would seize the opportunity of a photo while it didn't have any cars parked in front of it. Incidentally the so-called regeneration of Lézignan town centre continues to stagnate. It hasn't advanced very far from this.

Returning home I completed what felt like a momentous task: assembled and posted the paperwork to request my French state pension ... I still can't quite imagine I'm entitled to it!
