Light as a Feather

Spotted this tiny wee feather while out for a walk at lunch time. Pretty?

Started to rain this afternoon and now weather has closed in. We've got volcanic activity now, in the North Island of NZ - two volcanoes being active. What is going on? I am reminded we are just little dots on the landscape of time.
