Delicious bak choy

My eyes were rather swollen this morning, things were a bit blurry. Then there were more. Oh dear! I need to keep reminding myself that I'm going to see The Wallabies live at Twickenham!!!!!!! That'll be a great distraction and something to look forward to post cutting the cord (although we all know no cords will be cut!!). Are they ever?

Went to Kowloon with friends Sharon and Mike and their visiting family to the Jade Market to buy some pressies for my trip and show them that part of town. Had a nice time out with them. We walked through some markets where this fine display of bak choy and choy sum was on display. I do love these in stir fries.
