Serious Hospitaling
So, today did not go exactly to plan... we ended up ambulanced to A&E in the wee small hours after Anna had a serious spasm. However, once she'd been sorted (thankfully, very rapidly, so we spent most of the visit waiting for a doctor to be unbusy enough to discharge her), lack of sleep kicked in and the rest of the day was decidedly less serious! Much of the remaining 5 hours in A&E was spent complaining that we'd be admitted with laughter-related injuries, reciting the Vicar of Dibley, and wondering at the "bottle of drink and a packet of biscuits" that we'd requested for sustenance... that's the "bottle of drink" hooked up to the IV stand.,, and you can imagine the massive bag of food that got sent with it! Then, of course, we turned up back at camp in time to report for cook duty before breakfast - and swiftly got sent to bed!
