Cardiff Violins

We went to an amazing shop today. J needed a new Viola so we headed off to a shop that reminded me of Mr Olivander's wand shop with a very patient lady. It was a number of small rooms filled from floor to ceiling with string instruments. After trying many instruments J chose his viola. He then went on to bows - the bow chooses the player! He opted for carbon-fibre over wood. Finally it was a shoulder rest and new case. It does sound lovely.
