Blustery

19.2C with sunny sunshine. More cloud building through the afternoon. Wind SSE/SE/Southerly to 22mph with gusts to 32 mph.

After lunch Maeve the Deerhound and I went for the repeat of our usual morning walking route across the road and round to the park and the harbour and back along through town.

Once Maeve was back home and settled I went for a walk. Capercaillie on the iPod Mini (The Blood is Strong then Delirium). I went out Low Askomill to the old shipyard and kept going out the North shore path past Baraskomel farm and out as far as the gate on the last stretch to Macringan's point where I turned round and came back. More wind than there has been for a while. Blustery out beyond the shipyard. Small waves were racing across the loch. There were a couple of yachts and one fishing boat heading in. Lots of Gannets diving too.

On the way back I walked round the esplanade to the harbour and came back home through town.

Afternoon music ... Heart, Faith Hill, Reba McIntyre, Trisha Yearwood (singles on Spotify), then Stevie Nicks, In Your Dreams.
